Pet24-7 exists to remove friction from veterinary care - not by replacing vets, but by supporting better preparation, clearer communication, and stronger clinical decision-making. Built by veterinary professionals with decades of frontline experience, Pet24-7 Global Ltd develops tools that help pet owners present concerns clearly and help vets work more efficiently, confidently, and defensibly. In regulated markets such as the UK and US, Pet24-7 does not provide veterinary consultations. Instead, we support existing vet-client relationships through structured case summaries, clinical support tools, and education.

VetAssist Pro is a clinical support and case-preparation tool designed to help veterinary professionals think through cases, document decisions, and communicate clearly with clients.
For pet owners, VetAssist helps organise symptoms, timelines, images, and concerns into a structured summary that can be shared directly with their own registered veterinary practice.
VetAssist does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or platform-run consultations in the UK, Europe or US. Care remains with the attending veterinarian at all times.

Founded by veterinary professionals with extensive experience in disease elimination programmes, emergency response, and field training worldwide, we reinvest a proportion of our profits into WVS programmes that support veterinary training, equipment, and outreach in underserved regions.
Our work is focused on improving how veterinary care is prepared, delivered, and supported - using technology to reduce friction and strengthen clinical decision-making, not to replace clinicians.
