In regulated markets such as the UK and United States, Pet24-7 does not provide veterinary consultations. Instead, VetAssist Pro supports existing vet–client relationships through structured case support, clinical reasoning tools, and comprehensive CPD.

In regulated markets such as the UK, Europe, and United States, VetAssist Pro does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or platform-run consultations. Clinical responsibility remains with the attending veterinarian at all times.

These tools are designed to support clearer communication and more efficient consultations. They do not provide veterinary advice, diagnoses, or treatment, and are always used in support of - not in place of - the attending veterinarian.
Availability varies by region and regulatory framework.
