Good questions
Why would I pay when the records are free?
The free plan keeps you organised. Premium is for the moment organisation isn't enough — the 2am scare, the weekend worry, the "is this normal?" that can't wait. Unlimited vet consults means you never have to weigh your pet's health against a per-call fee.
Does Pet 24-7 replace my vet?
No — and it never will. Pet 24-7 was built by vets on one golden rule: strengthen the bond between you and your veterinary practice. Link your clinic in the app and they stay part of your pet's care. Our 24/7 team is your backup when your clinic is closed, not a replacement.
What does the pricing look like outside India?
Plans, features and pricing vary by country. Veterinary regulations differ around the world, so some services — such as live remote consultations — are only offered where local rules permit them. The app always shows exactly what's available where you live.
Can my vet clinic cover Premium for me?
In some countries, veterinary practices sponsor Pet 24-7 Premium for their clients as part of their care plans. Ask your clinic — or point them to vet24-7.com.
Where does my money go?
Your subscription funds the veterinary teams who answer at 2am — and supports animal welfare worldwide. Pet 24-7 grew out of Worldwide Veterinary Service, and improving access to veterinary care for all animals is why we exist.
